It's been another extremely wet, windy and busy week here at Straight to the Bar. Amid the mayhem :
- Articles : Eric Cressey wraps up the excellent Mastering the Deadlift series with a look at the reasons for employing many common deadlift variants, Sports Physiotherapist Dave Waugh discusses the ways to manage ankle injury during training and I take a look at the idea of walking 10,000 steps per day.
- Videos : A week without Parkour just wouldn't be the same - here's a coaching seminar with some brilliant moves, Kris gets everyone if the right frame of mind for the next Virtual Meet (it's a great clip) and Andrew Durniat makes a couple of 32kg kettlebells look extremely light. Amazing.
- How to : Keith Scott shows you how to assess your hip mobility, Judo Info provides animations on a number of Judo throws and Kelly Mills demonstrates the perfect bodyweight squat.
