- Ideas : Grab a pair of rings and have a go at both the Lawnmower Extension and the Ice Cream Maker, switch things up a bit with the Diesel Crew's Face Pull Variations and explore the exercise possibilities of a bath towel.
- Bonus : Ready for a challenge? Have a go at Turbulence Training's Bodyweight 500 (see video for explanation). Anything under 30 minutes is simply incredible.
